Who We Are
AMR Foundation is a premier youth development organization that uses athletics specifically baseball and umpiring as a platform to develop discipline, leadership, character, and community responsibility. The foundation exists to shape young athletes into leaders, mentors, and contributors to society while also serving communities through outreach and philanthropic initiatives supporting underserved and homeless populations.

The AMR Foundation enriches the lives of young athletes and umpires by developing leaders on and off the field through mentorship, education, service, and philanthropy.

To become a nationally respected foundation that transforms communities through youth leadership development, athletic excellence, and community outreach culminating in the creation of a premier youth baseball complex that serves as a hub for mentorship, training, and service.
